Communication
Communication is a vital ingredient in the design process and in preparing our clients for the new future they are embracing though a workplace project.
Some times it is appropriate to look outside of the usual means to convey a message - below are a few examples of comms that were used with clients to great effect.
Ogier
Ogier - An offshore legal firm have undertaken a significant change in the way they work following an extensive engagement process which equipped them to make decisions on how their workplace could support and align with their business goals over the next 5-10 years. Along the way MCM took the time to map out several scenarios and used short videos in some instances to help prep for important milestones or land key concepts. A selection of these are below
Matterport
Post completion communications and change readiness should not be underestimated in defining the success of a project. Comms can again take many forms and one very useful tool to build excitement is access to a 3d model of the building before occupation.
